No one is more excited about Zach LaVine’s NBA All-Star nod than his fiancee.
On Tuesday, Hunter Mar celebrated the Chicago Bulls guard making the All-Star roster for the first time.
“FIRST TIME ALL STAR!” Mar started on Instagram. “Wow, what an amazing achievement. No one else deserves this experience. You have already been so special this season and we are not even halfway there! Proud of you baby !!! “
Mar, who got engaged to LaVine, 25, in April 2020, also shared separate snippets of the celebrations on social media, according to Awesemo.com, including a collection of “All Star” balloons.
“All of you, I really did it with the decorations today without knowing if he really did it or not,” he posted on his Instagram story.
Selected 13th in the 2014 NBA Draft, LaVine played for the Minnesota Timberwolves until 2017, when he was traded to the Chicago Bulls in June of that year.
LaVine is averaging 28.8 points per game this season for the 15-16 Bulls.
