Fast national viewership ratings for this week’s Fastlane Fallout edition of SmackDown watched the show averaging 2,031 million viewers on Fox, up 4.4 percent from last Friday’s night’s number.
The episode averaged 2.02 million viewers in the first hour and was up one percent to 2.04 million in the second hour.
Fox finished last among the major networks in total viewership, as the other stations aired all of the original programming. No other network averaged less than 2.9 million overnight.
For the sixth time in the past seven weeks, SmackDown earned a 0.5 rating on the 18-49 show. SmackDown ranked second on the networks behind ABC’s Shark Tank in that category.
At 18-34, SmackDown earned the same 0.3 rating overnight that it has in 12 of the past 13 weeks. That tied Shark Tank for first place on social media.
Last week’s SmackDown faced competition from the first round of the NCAA men’s basketball tournament. There were no tournament matches last night.
Year-over-year, SmackDown was down 14.4 percent in nightly viewership, 28.6 percent on the 18-49 show, and 25 percent on 18-34.
