It's no secret that Donald Trump is a fan of fast food.
Earlier he was struck by eating KFC with a knife and fork and is known to be a great carnivore.
And now a new book has revealed exactly what the president of the United States orders McDonald's.
Instead of hamburgers and fries, you should order two hamburgers, says nutritionist
According to two of Trump's former senior advisors, he devoured "two Big Macs, two Fillet-O-Fish and a malted chocolate".
Everything as a meal.
The revelation was made by Corey Lewandowski, who was fired as manager of the Trump campaign, and his support partner David Bossie, who are co-authors of "Let Trump Be Trump."
The book follows Trump in the election campaign and traces his trip to the White House, reports the Washington Post.
He also states that Trump ate fast food regularly while traveling in the United States.
"At Trump Force One there were four main food groups: McDonald's , Kentucky Fried Chicken, pizza and Diet Coke, "the authors write.
At least opting for Diet Coke Trump may have reduced some calories from your feast.
If POTUS had chosen a medium milkshake and had skipped French fries (maybe he's looking at his carbohydrate intake) and trying to increase his protein), the McDonald's party would reach around 1,900 calories. However, the President has previously posted a photo of him eating McDonald's fries.
Your salt intake would also be dangerously high, with 3,400 milligrams of sodium in a day: the American Heart Association recommends no more than 1,500.
The book paints a portrait of a president who is not particularly health conscious, revealing that the plane's cupboards would be well-stocked with Vienna Fingers (a type of American cookie), chips, pretzels and Oreos.
Trump refused to eat from an open package, as he was afraid of germs.
According to the book, "the orchestration and timing of Mr. Trump's meals was as important as any other aspect of his march to the presidency": his assistants did everything possible to ensure that hot food arrived on the plane just when the then presidential candidate left his demonstrations.
And now we know, the president is not a type of McNugget man.
