Cincinnati Bengals linebacker Vontaze Burfict was ejected from Sunday’s sport in opposition to the Tennessee Titans after making contact with an official.

The unsportsmanlike conduct penalty within the second quarter was his second of the day, leading to his ejection. He was flagged two performs earlier for a late hit on Titans operating again DeMarco Murray.

“He has to understand,” Bengals coach Marvin Lewis stated after the sport. “I’ve pointed it out. In those situations, everybody’s over there, and you just can’t push back. Sometimes, which happens. You push back and it’s the official, you can’t do that. He knows better. We pay a price. We pay a price because he hurts us when it’s on the field that way and then he’s not on the field. So, both ways.”

The infraction was the most recent extracurricular hbadle for Burfict, who served a three-game suspension earlier this season for hitting a defenseless participant in a preseason sport in opposition to the Kansas City Chiefs.

Last week, Bengals huge receiver A.J. Green was ejected from the group’s sport in opposition to the Jacksonville Jaguars after he punched cornerback Jalen Ramsey. Green was ultimately fined greater than $42,000 for the incident.
