Treyarch is preparing for a major update to Black Ops 4, and has now released a teaser for the next additions to their real battle, Blackout.
Black Ops 4 is expected to get its next major operation on February 19 on PlayStation 4 and February 26 on Xbox One and PC. With the update, players can expect a large amount of content for the multiplayer, Blackout and Zombies modes of the game.
In a tweet, Treyarch showed a short video of plans for the Blackout map. The video shows numerous access points throughout the map, but continues to draw a large red X in the southeast part of the planes.
The teaser has added fuel to the flames of existing Blackout rumors, leading fans to believe that this will be the location of a new point of interest.
Previously, Reddit users had found what appeared to be a survey of bets spread all over Blackout's terrain, which seems to be the theme that Treyarch will use with the use of blueprints to reveal the new PDI.
The complete plan appears in the teaser with all the final marks.
Treyarch Studio's design director, David Vonderhaar, had previously confirmed that an important addition to Blackout would be the introduction of a new location and it seems that the company has been taking the place on the map all this time.
Players will be happy to hear the possibility that several points of interest are heading to Blackout, but at least one new location is in the works.
Since its launch, Battle Royale has only added a POI on Hijack's yacht while adding visual updates to its map.
Blackout fans have been reeling from the lack of added content to their game, and they are likely to hear more about the new changes that will occur in the actual battle the closer it gets to the release of the update on February 19. .
