Fashion designer Tommy Hilfiger has listed his Greenwich, Connecticut home for $ 47.5 million.
European-style property Greenwich covers an acre of land, like 22.4 parks at the highest point. According to the listing with Janet Milligan of Sotheby’s International Realty Greenwich Brokerage, the property offers all the way to Long Island Sound and the Manhattan skyline.

“We feel like we are in the English countryside, yet the city is so close,” Hilfiger told Architectural Digest.
