The nose of Meghan Markle requested in rhinoplasty procedures

Maybe you can not become a princess, but you can get her nose.

While many copy Meghan Markle's chic style, the accessories she used for her Prince Harry debut sold out immediately. – The rhinoplasty specialist based in New York Dr. David Cangello says that patients are willing to go through the operating room to get the old Suits actress' nose.

The surgeon tells PEOPLE that the narrow, well-defined bridge and tip of Markle's nose is why it is so enviable.

"In general, your nose balances very well with the rest of your facial features," he says. "Many patients look for nasal proportions similar to Meghan's when describing their ideal nose during the consultation."

Cangello reveals that the interest in the characteristics of the 36-year-old man has increased in recent months, as his relationship with Prince Harry seemed to become more serious.

"I think that has contributed to increasing Meghan's visibility in the media to the public," he says. "And as the public looks at it more closely, they become more interested in their physical appearance."

Celebrities are often seen when patients describe their ideal nose, and Cangello says that Kate Beckinsale is a star that appears often.

However, she has not received any request for Kate Middleton's nose.

"Kate [Middleton] is obviously a beautiful woman with beautiful features, but there are certain features / proportions of facial features that are considered 'aesthetic ideals' and Meghan's nose approximates those ideals," explains Cangello. "Having said that, it's going to show that there's no one-size-fits-all when it comes to defining what features are considered attractive or beautiful."

However, Cangello has some advice on what to expect when deciding if a nose job is the right choice, without import whose face the inspiration.

"Realize that you may not be able to emulate the celebrity of your fave or the nose of your public figure," explains the surgeon. "It's always good to bring pictures to give an idea of the results you want, but sometimes surgeons can not meet them."

He also suggests doing his research to find a doctor who performs rhinoplasty frequently and requests to see it, and is impressed by the before and after pictures of previous patients.

"Experience does not always translate into superior aesthetic results," he says. "Both technical experience and art are the key, so check your surgeon's work"
