Although Google Stadia no longer has its own game development studios, it will still release exclusive games. The next one to come to the platform is Q-Games PixelJunk Raiders.
The latest entry in the long-running PixelJunk series is an action-adventure game. You will play as a mercenary whose objective is to save the planet Tantal from the alien forces. You will have to look for weapons and resources.
PixelJunk Raiders it’s a roguelike so it will look different every time you play. It features procedurally generated environments filled with settlements, underground canteens, canyons, and monolithic temples, and the world will evolve as you explore it. Q-Games was inspired by British sci-fi comics from the 1970s and Jean Giraud’s Moebius while building this world.
The game supports Stadia’s State Share feature, which enables asynchronous multiplayer play. Your shared game states will include turrets, traps, and gadgets you have placed, so other players can explore the world exactly as you left it.
PixelJunk Raiders It is coming to Stadia on March 1 and costs $ 20. Stadia Pro subscribers can claim it for free.
