The Loot Llamas in Fortnite Saves The World They are changing and becoming less random. Currently, Loot Llamas works like most loot boxes: players buy them and then open the flames to discover what items they have randomly received. Epic Games has announced that an upcoming update will soon change this process.

In the update, V-Buck Flames are becoming X-Ray Flames. Before buying these new X-ray flames, players will be able to see exactly what they will receive. If players do not like anything in the flame, they can wait until the next day when the content of their flame changes.

This change will also show players if a flame is going to update, which happens randomly and improves the booty inside.

Epic is also taking steps to ensure that the content of these X-ray Flames is not filled with duplicate elements. For example, if the flame's booty planned to give you a rare shotgun, the game will try to give you a rare shotgun that you do not yet have in your collection book or schematic inventory.

Other flames in Save the world, such as Mini Flames and Event Flames will not be changed to X-Ray Flames. These booty box changes are only happening in Save the world. Flames in Fortnite Battle Royale will continue working in the same way that they do now, without changes.

The loot boxes have become a controversial element in the gaming industry, as many fans and even legislators reject the practice.
