A 10-year-old undocumented Mexican migrant with cerebral palsy, detained final month after present process surgical procedure in Texas, has been launched to her household.

The launch of Rosa Maria Hernandez was confirmed by the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) and Texas Congressman Joaquin Castro.
