The stalker of Taylor Swift, who was accused of threatening to kill the singer and his family, has been sentenced to 10 years of probation, E! News reports.
Frank Andrew Hoover was arrested in November 2016 after he violated a restraining order that Swift had against him. The order was filed a month earlier after Hoover allegedly stalked the singer "Delicated" after his concert in a Formula 1 race.
According to the accusation obtained by E! Hoover had sent an email to Swift's father, Scott, for several months, threatening to kill the entire family.
In addition to the 10 years of probation, Hoover will be monitored by GPS for at least the first year and must perform psychological and drug screening tests, according to TMZ .
