Supreme Court overturns Montana’s ban on state aid to Church schools

WASHINGTON – The Supreme Court ruled Tuesday that states cannot exclude church schools from programs that benefit their private and non-sectarian counterparts, reinforcing a conservative push to expand public support for religious education.
