Source – Philadelphia Eagles Dallas Goedert Has Small Ankle Fractures

Philadelphia – Eagles tight end Dallas Goedert has a small fracture in his ankle, a league source has confirmed.

He is out indefinitely, according to ESPN’s Adam Shere, snatching yet another weapon quarterback Carson Wentz.

Godart limped the field after a short finale with the Cincinnati Bengals in the first quarter Sunday 23–23 and did not return. He entered Week 3 as the team leader in goal 3, receiving yards and yards after a catch. The offense clearly missed the rest of the way against Cincinnati, as Wentz managed just 225 passing yards on 47 attempts (4.8 average).

“Losing a man like Dallas who has a huge role in security [and the] The game runs, but he is the ball in his hands and the player playing under the field. That’s a big part of our game plan every week, and so losing it, we obviously had to make some adjustments on the fly, [which] It is tough, ”said coach Doug Pederson.

The Philadelphia Inquirer first reported Goedert’s fracture.

The Eagles also injured Dacian Jackson on Sunday. He is considered day-to-day, according to Pedersen, and the team is optimistic that he will be able to play Sunday night at the San Francisco 49ers.

Meanwhile, rookie receiver Jalan Rigor, is sidelined with a UCL tear in his thumb.

Philadelphia may get some relief as Alshon Jeffery (Lispransk) hopes to increase his participation in practice this week in hopes of returning sometime in the near future.
