But the fearless owner was caught advancing the robbers on CCTV, causing them to back out of the counter.
But at some point one of the men took out a handgun and demanded that the owner hand over the material so far.
CCTV shows how the owner calmly walks out from behind the counter, causing the thief to retreat, before taking out his own handgun from his waistband.
As he goes to grab the weapon, one of the thieves shoots, smashing a display case over the man’s left shoulder.
The owner of the store then opened fire, injuring the three men as they tried to escape.
The footage shows the owner abandoning his objective and setting fire, shooting the wounded robbers, as they lay on the floor.
He then fires a gun from the attacker’s hand and picks it up, before he fires several more shots at a target on the floor.
The owner then reaches into his waistband and takes out a revolver before firing at the three men as they try to escape.

The owner can then be seen taking out the gun from the robber’s hand and lifting it, firing several shots before he lies on the floor.
Police said that two of the attackers died inside the shop, while a third was injured and managed to crawl into the street.
A short time later the paramedics arrived, but were unable to save the third man and died of his injuries.
Investigators say the shop owners took the weapon and fled, but they were able to review the CCTV footage to find out what had happened.
He also spoke with a store clerk, who could be seen sheltering behind counter moments before ringing at gunpoint.
Officials say the owner has been in contact with him since, and has offered to clarify his version of events.
The case is recorded as an attempted murder, followed by a murder, and the investigation is still ongoing.
Police have not told if the shop owner will be charged.
