Seth Rogen is opening up about rumors that Emma Watson ran off the set during a scene from the 2013 parody comedy film “This Is the End.”
While speaking with British GQ, Rogen was asked about the alleged incident in which the 30-year-old “Harry Potter” student allegedly left the set and refused to film a scene showing Danny McBride as a carnivorous cannibal already Channing Tatum as a kind of pet on a leash.
In the interview, which was published on Friday, Rogen confirmed that Watson left the set, but noted that there was no hard feelings between the stars after the incident.
“I mean, I don’t look back and think, ‘How dare you do that?’ Know?” Rogen said of the moment. “I think sometimes when you read something, when it comes to life, it doesn’t seem like what you thought.”
The funnyman eventually attributed the misunderstanding as growing pains that come with the business and said he was happy the moment didn’t earn enough to derail any working relationship he had developed with Watson.

The light-hearted film, which was directed and written by Rogen alongside Evan Goldberg, also starred Rogen’s friend James Franco, and saw a series of cameos from characters like Rihanna and Watson, all vying to survive during a random apocalypse.
