The TeraPlast Bistrita Group, one of the main players in the construction materials market, reported for the first six months of 2018 business 338 million lei, almost double the same period in 2017, while the net profit climbed 33 % to lei 10.5 million

The company's main business contributed to the growth of its business last year, namely Depaco (Wetterbest), Serbia's sandwich panel factory and Politub business. "The results of the first half of this year confirm that we approached the right strategy in 2017 through the three important acquisitions: Serbia's TeraSteel plant, Wetterbest business group integration and Politub's activity," says Ioana Birta, TeraPlast Group's financial director . Historically, the first semester accounts for approximately 40% of TeraPlast's annual business, according to the seasonality of the industry. "These have been a great development of our portfolio, have added value and will contribute significantly to the development of our business in the medium term, as evidence and the goal of doubling our turnover as compared to last year," adds Ioana Birta. 19659005]
