Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola and his team may have focused on Premier League matters this afternoon, but now they are as focused on The Masters 2019 as on their rivals for the Liverpool title.
That's according to Guardiola, who has revealed that the team will be watching the final at Augusta National.
While some of his players will obviously have an eye on Liverpool while the Reds struggle to return to the top of the Premier League by defeating Chelsea, Guardiola summed up the relaxed nature of the team by stating that they will be so focused on the Masters.
Francesco Molinari is leading the way at the Masters this year, but legendary golfer Tiger Woods is also on the lookout.
"I will be on the bus or on the plane, Tiger Woods and Francesco Molinari are playing, we will see the Masters and maybe the Liverpool game, we hope that Chelsea does a good job," Guardiola told BBC Sport.
This reaction probably better summarizes how relaxed Guardiola and City are about the title race, having survived the pressure again on Sunday when they beat Crystal Palace 3-1 in the capital.
And who can blame Guardiola for wanting to tune into the Masters anyway? The end of today could be as close as the race for the title itself.
