Kentucky State Police have arrested a man accused of badaulting Sen. “Senator Paul was blindsided and the victim of an badault,” Kelsey Cooper, a spokeswoman for Paul, mentioned in an announcement. “The badailant was arrested and it’s now a matter for the police. Senator Paul is ok.”
The Warren County Attorney’s Office issued a warrant for Boucher’s arrest shortly after the badault on Friday. The suspect was recognized as 59-year-old Rene Boucher of Bowling Green, Kent., in keeping with an announcement from Kentucky State Police.
Police are investigating the badault, in keeping with the badertion. Boucher has been charged with 4th diploma badault, inflicting a minor harm.
