MOSCOW (Reuters) – Russian President Vladimir Putin has offered Saudi Arabia's energy minister Khalid al-Falih to buy Russian liquefied natural gas (LNG) to save Saudi Arabia's oil, news agency reported. Interfax quoting on Friday.
"Buy our gas and save oil", Putin told Falih after giving the order to start loading the first tanker with liquefied natural gas in the Yamal LNG project led by Novatek in the Arctic.
"That's why I'm here," Falih replied.
