Prince Harry and Meghan Markle go through the planning of the wedding!
It is said that the couple, who announced their commitment last week, want a wedding cake made of bananas, said a source The Telegraph . And the reason why it has a romantic twist.
In addition to Harry loving "anything with banana", the fruit also played a cheeky role in their relationship.
Just a few hours after their budding romance was confirmed at the end of October. Last year, the former actress Suits published a cryptic image of two affectionate bananas on her Instagram. Along with the extravagant romantic photo, added the legend, "Sleep well xx".
The unexpected banana message sent the royal observers into a frenzy over the relationship of the new couple. And now, just a year later, they plan to celebrate their big day with a banana cake, which would be the first at a royal wedding.
Harry and Meghan's decision to go with a banana cake is a deviation from the norm. Traditionally, the top tier of the British wedding cake is a fruit cake, because it lasts long enough to be served at the christening of the couple's first child.
But they are not the first real couple to follow their own path when it comes to their wedding day menu. Prince William's boyfriend cake was made of chocolate cookies. He and Kate Middleton also served a traditional eight-tiered cake at their reception at Buckingham Palace.

The wedding of Harry and Meghan will be in May in the Chapel of St. George at Windsor Castle. The Kensington Palace spokesman said the newlyweds are "extremely grateful after the warm public response" to their commitment.
"Windsor is a very special place for Prince Harry, and he and Mrs. Markle have regularly spent time there over the past year," the spokesman said. "They are delighted that the beautiful grounds of Windsor Castle are where they will begin their lives as a couple."
