President Trump’s Twitch account suspended for ‘hate behavior’


President Donald Trump’s Twitch account has been suspended, the streaming service said Monday afternoon.

Founded in 2011, Twitch is a platform for live video streaming. The company said: “Hateful behavior is not allowed on Twitch. In accordance with our policies, President Trump’s channel received a temporary suspension from Twitch for comments made on the broadcast.”

One of the broadcasts in question was a rebroadcast of Trump’s infamous opening rally, where he said Mexico was sending rapists to the United States.

Twitch also marked comments at Trump’s recent rally in Tulsa.
