MILWAUKEE – A Wisconsin mother is accused of placing her son on the roof of her minivan to carry down a wading pool, police say.

Amber Schmunk, 29, of Fredonia, Wis., was attempting to get a plastic wading pool house Sept. 9, and it did not match within the minivan, so she put it on the roof — alongside along with her 9-year-old son to carry it in place. 

Another driver reported the bizarre sight to Saukville (Wis.) police and two patrol vehicles stopped Schmunk a couple of minutes later after she dropped the pool off at her sister’s home. Saukville is about 27 miles north of Milwaukee.

Schmunk informed police her dad let her do issues like that when she was 9, and apart from, she had her son strapped down on high of the pool and the roof experience solely lasted 20 to 30 seconds earlier than she moved her son again inside, and wedged the pool in, too.

The one who referred to as 911 adopted Schmunk for a few block earlier than she stopped and took her son down from the roof.  

The police noticed it in a different way, and now Schmunk is charged with second-degree recklessly endangering security, a felony. She is scheduled to make her preliminary court docket look in Ozaukee County (Wis.) Circuit Court on Nov. 14.
