Entei returns two Pokémon Go incursions into July 14 from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. in your local time
The legendary type of fire, however, is not the best attacker, but it is surpbaded by Blaziken, Moltres and Charizard, but it is still worth having it, if you missed community days for those headlines.
The return of Entei also means that you can take the Shiny if you are lucky.
Entei is weak against the movements of water, earth and rock, so stick to those when you confront them. The best counters include the following:
- Kyogre with waterfall and water pump
- Tyranitar with Smack Down and Stone Edge
- Garchomp with Mud and Earthquake.
- Rhyperior with Smack Down and Stone Edge
Vaporeon, Groudon and the fully evolved water starters will also do the job quite well if they do not have any of the absolute units we listed above.
Entei does the best with Fire Spin and Overheat. You can get one of those movements with your other four types of fast and charging movements, Fire Fang and Flamethrower, but using both together makes Entei less effective. Fire Blast and Iron Head are not so good.
