Phase 1a COVID-19 vaccines are available at these Santa Barbara County pharmacies

Santa Barbara County, California. – Santa Barbara County has released a list of local pharmacies where residents and workers who are part of the Phase 1A distribution of the COVID-19 vaccine can get their shots.

As a reminder, those who fall into the following categories are eligible for the Phase 1A vaccine:

Level 1
• Acute Care, Psychiatric and Correctional Facility Hospital
• Skilled nursing facilities, survival facilities, and older or similar settings
Medically vulnerable person
• In addition, resident in these settings, in agreement with ACIP
Paramedics, EMTs and others providing emergency medical services
• Dialysis Center

tier 2
• Intermediate care facilities for individuals who require non-continuing nursing
Supervision and supportive care
• Home health care and home support services
• Community health workers, including promoters
• Public health sector employees
• Primary care clinics, including federally qualified health centers, rural health centers, corrective facility clinics and urgent care clinics

tier 3
Other settings and health care workers, including
Special clinics
• lab worker
• Dental and other oral health clinics
• Pharmacy workers are not working in settings at a high level
