Michelle Mootreddy sat behind a white metal bar screen as she was indicted for assault, burglary, stalking and stalking during the virtual hearing in Richmond County Criminal Court, before being released on supervised release.

Judge Ronald Castorina Jr. released Mootreddy on supervised release after the brief hearing, while issuing a restraining order in favor of Davidson, his little sister Casey Davidson and his mother Amy Waters.

Mootreddy, who once issued a press release claiming that she and the comedian were married, showed up at his home around 3 p.m. Thursday when he was not home.
He knocked on the door and a woman who answered told the fan she had a star to leave, but instead, Mootreddy crawled to the side of the house, sneaked through a side door and into the kitchen, according to a complaint. penal.
The woman who answered the door, Marjorie Agostino, again told Mootreddy to leave, authorities said.

Agostino’s relationship with Davidson was not immediately clear. He also received an order of protection against the suspect.
If convicted of the main charge, Mootreddy faces up to 15 years in prison.
