Pete Davidson was sincere and sweet in addressing his break with his ex-fiancée, Ariana Grande, in Saturday night live.
The comic sat with Colin Jost and Michael Che on & # 39; Weekend Update & # 39; during the weekend, where he apparently came out to give his opinion about the candidates for Congress who ran for re-election, but made sure to address the elephant in the room.
Davidson started the segment with a timid applause about the separation, telling Jost that he never cared about politics or careers in Congress, but "after I moved in with my mom, I started paying attention to them."
After badyzing several of the candidates, Davidson concluded the short segment by addressing the fans who have been asking about the division.
"I know some of you are curious about the breakup, but the truth is that it's nobody's business, but sometimes things just do not work out and that's fine," Davidson said seriously. "He is a wonderful and strong person, and I really wish him all the happiness in the world."

While Davidson has not opened up too publicly about the painful division, he mocked his failed commitment to a promotion for SNL that was released on Thursday.
In the teaser, Davidson appears along with Saturday's host, Jonah Hill, as well as musical guest Maggie Rogers, whom Davidson introduces himself to and then asks him immediately if he wants to get married.
Shortly after the fall of the promotion, Grande launched himself on Twitter to post a series of tweets eliminated since then, apparently hitting his ex for making the joke.
A source close to Davidson told ET on Friday that the comic is just trying to move on, and the comedy is how he does it. "Obviously he's hurt, it did not work, but he's doing everything he can to keep going, anyone would get hurt after the engagement was broken," the source said. "Pete joked about him and Ariana. [when they were together]. So joking about the breakup and their relationship is not new. "
