A Pennsylvania father has been charged within the loss of life of his two-year-old son after police say he was drunk and unconscious on his garden whereas his son drowned in a pool lower than a mile away.
David Gammon, 35, was charged on Tuesday with one rely of involuntary manslaughter and two counts of endangering the welfare of kids by the Sharon Police Department, WKBN reported.
Gammon allegedly informed police that he had been “sipping” on a Four Loko when he took two-year-old Anakin Gammon and his five-year-old particular wants brother exterior in September.
Investigators say that is when Gammon fell unconscious and the 2 younger boys wandered away from their house, The New York Post reported.
A neighbor discovered Gammon on his garden.
Police later discovered Anakin unresponsive in a swimming pool about 9 blocks away and was later pronounced lifeless on the hospital.
His brother was discovered alive just a few blocks from the household house.
“There is probable cause that David Gammon was reckless in consuming enough alcohol, while caring for his children, that he lost consciousness allowing them to wander from the property” police stated within the criticism.
