A NYC Ferry was trapped on a sandbar outside Wall St. on Monday night, leaving dozens of pbadengers stranded, police said.
The ferry stayed about 100 feet from pier 11, according to police. No one on board was injured.

"There are no wounded, Tug boat pushing the ferry and pbadengers jumping in another boat," Eric Phillips, spokesman for the mayor of Blasio, tweeted just before 6:45 pm
