SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – If you are fully immunized against COVID-19, you probably want to make sure your card remains protected.
Office Depot announced that it will laminate your vaccination card for free until July 25.
Offer is valid at all Office Depot and OfficeMax stores in the United States. All you need to do is provide the coupon code 52516714.
Staples will also laminate the cards for free until May 1 with coupon code 81450.
Do not laminate your card until you have received all doses.
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, each person receives a card that shows what vaccine they received, the date it was received, and where it was administered.
“Save your vaccination card in case you need it for future use,” according to the CDC. “Consider taking a photo of your vaccination card as a backup.”
If you didn’t receive a card when you were vaccinated, the CDC says to contact the vaccination provider’s site or your local health department to find out how to get a card.
The vaccination cards could be used in the future for activities such as international travel, authorities said.
All Utahns age 16 and older are now eligible to get vaccinated. You can make appointments at your local health department, through a health care provider, or at a participating pharmacy.
