S T. PETERSBURG, Florida. Former North Dakota quarterback Easton Stick threw a 22-yard touchdown pbad in the East-West Shrine Game on Saturday, helping his Western team to a 21-17 victory over the East.
Stick, who recently completed an outstanding career at NDSU, threw a scoring pbad through the middle to Arizona's Shawn Poindexter to give West a 21-0 lead with less than 10 minutes for the third quarter.
Stick, who played on four possessions, completed 5 of 8 pbades for 53 yards, and was fired once.
He will participate in the NFL Combined from February 26 to March 4 in Indianapolis. The NFL Draft is April 25-27 in Nashville, Tennessee.
