That the Saints are one in all them stands among the many NFL’s surprises this season (the Rams, Jaguars and Seahawks are the others). New Orleans’ improved play on protection — albeit in opposition to some restricted offenses — explains why two of three insiders took them to win at Buffalo.
“There is probably no team hotter than the Saints now,” one of many insiders mentioned. “They can cover long enough to make it hard for Tyrod [Taylor] to get some of his junk throws. I don’t think Buffalo is going to be able to stop New Orleans on offense.”
