New Nintendo Rumor Sheds Light On “Super Nintendo Switch”

A new rumor has reportedly shed light on the Super Nintendo Switch or, as it is sometimes called, the Nintendo Switch Pro. While there have been rumors and leaks pointing to the existence of a new and more powerful Nintendo Switch for more For a year, so far, these rumors and leaks have not materialized in any concrete or official. Unfortunately, this has not changed, but a new rumor has emerged with a great deal of detail about the rumored piece of hardware.

The most recent rumor comes from a couple of “verified insiders” on Reset Era claiming that the new Nintendo Switch is basically a PS4 with DLSS and a better CPU. In other words, it won’t bring Nintendo games to the PS5 and Xbox Series X levels, but it will be somewhere between this new generation of games and the latest generation of games.

If this sounds like a big improvement, it’s because it is, and that’s partly because this new model is more than a level revision of the Nintendo Switch Lite and looks more like what the Wii U was for the Wii, or the less that is. The claim. And unsurprisingly, this will be buttressed with a new trick, although the rumor doesn’t say exactly what.

Beyond this, not much interest or consequences are disclosed about the system, other than that it is targeting 4K resolution, although it will probably only be for when docked. The leakers also mention a launch window of 2022 and that The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild 2 you can pitch next to it.

Of course, and as always, take all of this information with a big grain of salt. Not only is nothing here official, but even if it is somehow 100 percent accurate, it is also subject to change.

As expected, Nintendo has not commented on any of this and will not. You haven’t commented on a single Nintendo Switch Pro or Super Nintendo Switch specific rumor, and this isn’t going to change, but if it does, we’ll be sure to update the story with whatever you provide.
