Neil Degrees Tyson said that asteroid could hit Earth one day before election

This is one way to stone the vote.

According to celebrity scientist Neil Degrees Tyson, a fridge-shaped asteroid could hit Earth one day before the November election – but that’s not a major loss.

The famous astrophysicist said that the space rock known as 2018VP1 is hitting towards the Earth at a speed of 25,000 mph and could clip the planet on 2 November.
He wrote on Instagram, “One day before the presidential election, November 2 may hit the Earth.”

But he said that the flying object is not lost in sleep because “it is not too big to harm.”
“If the world ends in 2020, it will not be the fault of the universe,” he said.

NASA previously identified rocketing of the asteroid toward Earth, but is actually likely to be less than 1 percent.

“It currently has a 0.41% chance of entering our planet’s atmosphere, but if it does, it will disintegrate due to its extremely small size,” Space agency said.
