A new autopsy report detailed the final moments for the death of actress Naiya Rivera. On Friday, the Ventura County Medical Examiner in Southern California called the “Glee” star for help before accidentally drowning.
Her body was found in Lake Piru in July when she took her 4-year-old son for a swim.
Sheriff Bill Ayoub said, “It was at that time that his son was described by Naiya helping the boat, which raised him from behind to the deck.” “He told investigators that he looked back and disappeared beneath the surface of the water.”
Rivera reportedly traced the amount of alcohol and prescription drugs in his system. However, the medical examiner has stated that he played no part in her death.
His death marked the third death of a major cast member of “Gayle”.
