The podcast’s Twitter page stated, “Harry and Meghan take time out of their day to highlight their work. They are incredible.”

Markle and Harry, 36 years old, appeared on World Mental Health Day to talk about the power of social media and how it affects their everyday lives.

“I told that in 2019 I was the most troll person in the whole world – man or woman,” she said. “Now for eight months of that, I was not even visible. I was on maternity leave or with a child, but the only one who was able to build and churn is almost incurable. I don’t care if you are 15 or 25 years old, if people are saying things about you that are not true, which are harmful to your mental and emotional health. ”

Harry described how he has handled the spotlight for the rest of his life. “Meditation is important,” he said. “I never thought I’d be the person to do it.”
