The Volusia County Sheriff’s Office is warning pet house owners who go to an Orlando canine park after meatballs full of fishing hooks had been discovered.

The Volusia County Sheriff’s Office is warning pet house owners who go to Bicentennial Park to watch out.
They say that on Tuesday, certainly one of their deputies responded to report of contaminated meat discovered within the canine park. The deputy discovered balls of meat with small fish hooks embedded inside them.
One canine was even discovered consuming one, says police. That canine was taken to the vet with two of the meatballs. The deputy took 5 to research.
Reportedly, no person noticed who put the meatballs on the market.
The deputy says that the meatball was nonetheless chilly and sweating, prefer it had been frozen and was thawing within the solar for awhile. Several had been very mushy. The meat appeared to have the consistency and scent of liverwurst.
The deputy went on to chop the meatball open. He reported that he noticed a small piece of metallic exhibiting in a number of the meatballs. Inside the meat had been a number of small fishing hooks.
