PROVIDENCE, Rhode Island – Southern New England could receive some light snow early this Monday, the National Weather Service.
Most likely in the interior sections of the region, says the Meteorological Service.
Little or no accumulation is expected.
For Providence, the Meteorological Service says there is a possibility of snow before 1 pm and then a slight chance of rain and snow after 3 pm
Wait for cloudy skies and a maximum of about 35 degrees.
The weather will be much smoother on Tuesday, with a maximum of 47 degrees expected in Providence.
"Breezy and colder conditions will move on Wednesday and continue until Thursday," says the Meteorological Service. "At low pressure you will like the passes to the west of the region on Friday night and Saturday, which could bring mostly rain and a period of rather mild temperatures along with gusts of wind."
