Scott C Waring, a popular voice in the UFO enthusiast community, has claimed to have found evidence of a new alien species on Mars. The UFO expert shared in his blog ET Data Base a NASA photo of what he believes is a true alien. The photo in question was taken by NASA's Mars Curiosity rover in 2014, just north of the so-called Kimberley Waypoint. According to the US space agency, it shows martian sandstone beds that protrude from the red earth towards the imposing Mount Sharp of Mars.
But if Mr. Waring is believed, the photograph could contain a treasure trove of information related to UFO.
The conspiracy theorist said: "I found this ancient alien face of a new species that I had never seen before.
"I want to say that I have found thousands of faces outside the world in the photos, but this is very unique.
"He does not have an area of the nose and his face is flat, but you can easily distinguish the chin, the mouth, the small nose, the forehead of the eyes and the hair with woven beads."

The homologous counterpart is known among his peers for tracking the lunar and martian files of NASA in search of extraterrestrial evidence.
Mr. Waring often shares images of rocks or shadows in odd ways, which he then claims to support his extraterrestrial theories.
Earlier this month, on April 9, the UFO expert surprisingly claimed to have found an "alien sarcophagus" on Mars.
He argued that the extraterrestrial object was hidden in a photograph taken by NASA's Spirit Rover in 2004.

The conspirator said at the time that he was "surprised" by what many extraterrestrial objects go unnoticed by NASA.
Now he said of his latest extraterrestrial finding: "How do I find them? Easy, I think I can, then I look and I often find one or several in a single photo." No superpowers are used.
However, not everyone who saw the NASA photo was convinced by the strange claims of Mr. Waring.

YouTube user David Grovers wrote online: "This is pathetic, this kind of lies will no longer reach many people."
And Ian Payne commented on Mr. Waring's publication: "No, it's a rock, period."
A likely explanation for the frequent UFO findings of Mr. Waring is a well-known psychological phenomenon known as pareidolia.
NASA explained: "Pareidolia is the psychological phenomenon in which people see recognizable shapes in clouds, rock formations or other objects or unrelated data.
"There are many examples of this phenomenon on Earth and in space."
