Xbox Series X / S Exits Same Day

This morning, Microsoft made it official after numerous leaks: the next generation, as far as they are concerned, is happening on November 10. Boom.

The Xbox Series X and Series S will be released that day, and Floodgates is opened to every other publisher to say “Hey, our stuff is coming too”. Ubisoft is one of the first to fire that salvo Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Xbox is coming to the Series X and Series S on November 10. It will also launch on PC, PS4 and Stadia on the same date. The publisher claims that the game will run on Series X “in full 4K resolution” at 60FPS.

Ubisoft also states that Watch Dogs: Army, Which is still slated for a current-gen release on October 29, will be titled “Day One” Xbox Series X / S on November 10, and will benefit from “hardware accelerated rewrite” on Series X / S. Oh, and the “smart delivery” system is still a go for both games. As a reminder, if you buy the game on Xbox One or Series X / S, you can play it cross-generation for free. There is also cross-save between Xbox One and X / S.
