NBA players who are part of a 22-team restart in Orlando have been away from their families for more than a month. The Phoenix Suns did something to reduce isolation.
Sun surprised the team with a virtual pregame introduction from his family members.
LeBron James, who has spoken about how difficult it is for him to stay away from his wife Sawan and their three children, was impressed by the idea.

Players will not be able to see their families until after the first round of playoffs, meaning they will be away from them for about two months.
James said that the longest stretch he had ever gone without seeing it.
“This is a huge sacrifice we are all making,” James said after the Lakers’ win over the Utah Jazz on August 116-108. 3. “I miss hell from my family. My wife, my children, my mother.”
James, who usually turns off his phone during playoffs and disconnects from social media, says it’s a luxury he won’t have that time.
“I have to keep checking in with my family every single day,” he said.
The Lakers (52-18) Received the No. 1 seed in the Western Conference for the first time since 2010.
The Suns, the only team to go undefeated in the bubble with a 7–0 record, are in a tight race for the eighth seed with the Memphis Grizzlies, Portland Trail Blazers and San Antonio Burgers.
