During the 30-minute reunion, Laguna Beach rekindled nostalgia and the series paved the way for future reality TV shows.

Christina Sinclair explained, ‘This was the best part of our experience – there was really nothing before reality TV Laguna Beach.’

‘At Retrospect, we would have all been very different, we were exposed to reality TV the way we have now. In a way, I feel that Lagun Beach is so iconic. We actually went without any hope, we had no idea what we were doing. ‘

Way back: 'I think the last time we'd all been in the same room when we were once going to the VMAs,' recalled Stephen Colletti, who dated Kristin Cavalry in the series as a teenager.
