Last year, Katie, 36, was given a temporary ban order against a man named William Terry, who showed off Katie’s property after allegedly harassing her family on social media.

He was charged with trespassing and was produced in Los Angeles court last week, but the show was not.

TMZ reports that a bench warrant has been issued over Terry’s failure to appear in court.

Katy, her fiancé Orlando Bloom, her daughter Daisy Pigeon and Orlando’s nine-year-old son Flynn are all covered by a protective order against Terry, who is ‘considered homeless and living in a silver Buick sedan’.

In her initial filing in September, Katy said: ‘I don’t know her. He is a complete stranger who tortured my property, is intimidating me and who has threatened my family. ‘

The singer listed the last date of harassment as September 8, when she alleged that William jumped the fence of my house in ‘Beverly Hills’.

Katy ended her filing by claiming in ‘immediate fear’ for her own safety, as well as the safety of her family and friends.

He said: ‘Now I know whether this person owns any firearms or other weapons. I am very afraid that he can or will use weapons.

‘I am in immediate fear for my safety, my partner, my newborn child, my family and friends.’
