Complaints about Apple's new MacBooks include:

  • ] The touch screen integrated into the keyboard, Touch Bar, is an expensive trick.
  • The keyboard is too prone to break and does not feel good when writing.
  • New MacBook laptops use USB-C ports, which require users to load a variety of adapters and dongles.

  • Apple has abandoned its elegant magnetic chargers (known as MagSafe) for a more conventional smartphone-style charging port.

It's the second time this year that Apple says it is listening to complaints from Mac users. In April, Apple executives told reporters that some Mac models "did not fit some of the people well. the ones we wanted to reach. " In that event, the company said it planned to launch a powerful new iMac desktop for professional users in December.
