The comment follows a report by People magazine stating that the County of Burke, Pennsylvania Child and Youth Services (CYS) has investigated an incident between John and Colin.

Kate, 45, spoke to the outlet about the alleged incident.
“You don’t kick and kill your children. You don’t kick a child.
