The Meatball Shop just filed a lawsuit against Snooki and Dena, claiming that the meatball merch of the two was trademarked by the New York Sandwich Shop.
As fans of “Jersey Shore” certainly remember … Snooki and Dena call themselves meatballs in reality shows, and now they’re using a moniker to sell shirts and hoodies on the Internet.

According to a lawsuit obtained by TMZ, The Meatball Shop claims that Snooki and Dinah put their hands directly on the store’s swag and slap it on a puddle of merchandise … completely ignoring the restaurant’s cease and desist letter .
Meatball shop is no fan of Snooki and Dina’s side hustle … In the docks, they say the reality stars’ merch is ruining their brand’s good name.
TMS is going after Snooki and Dinah for money and wants an injunction preventing them from selling any more meatball gear.
