Jennifer Lawrence says she faced Anderson Cooper when Oscar fell

Jennifer Lawrence has revealed that she confronted CNN anchor Anderson Cooper – suggesting she averted her famous fall at the 2013 Academy Awards.

The 30-year-old “Silver Linings Playbook” actress said she was “very, very nervous” on the night of her fall, which occurred while she was collecting her award for Best Actress.

“My whole mind went blank. I can now watch it very carefully, but the thing about falling too long was too sensitive, “he told Heather McMahon about the” not at all “podcast.

Lawrence said she was still recovering from the embarrassment when she heard Cooper about her show asking if she had thwarted the stunt.

“It was very devastating because it was this horrific insult to me that took away – I don’t know if I’ll ever get the chance to make that kind of speech,” Lawrence said.

Months later, she was on the run-way with Cooper at a holiday party and decided to confront him, asking, “Have you ever tried to walk up the stairs in a ballgown?” Then how do you know?

“He immediately apologized, he was like, ‘I don’t know, I don’t know’ and [gave this] Amazing apologies. And I was fired.

Lawrence said he “probably told everyone that I was a psycho,” but added that everything was fine between him and the newsman now.

“I think we’re good friends now,” she said.
