South Side singer-actress Jennifer Hudson and her fiance, lawyer-turned-professional-wrestler David Otunga, have cut up after 10 years collectively, People journal studies.
Hudson’s consultant advised People that Hudson requested and acquired a protecting order towards Otunga. That paperwork was filed Thursday in Cook County courtroom. A courtroom date has been set for Dec. 7.
Attempts to succeed in attorneys for Hudson and Otunga had been unsuccessful. Otunga’s lawyer issued a press release to People: “Mr. Otunga has never abused or harbaded Ms. Hudson or their son, and it is unfortunate, especially in today’s climate, that she would feel the need to make these false allegations against him. Mr. Otunga looks forward to his day in court and in being awarded the residential care of the parties’ only child.”
Otunga, 37, and Hudson, 36, obtained engaged in September 2008 after courting for lower than a yr. They welcomed their son David Otunga Jr. in August 2009.
