Jacobs receives subcontract of facilities operations and maintenance services for NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. (NYSE: JEC), together with Akima Support Operations, LLC, has been awarded the Goddard Space Flight contract NASA Center for Facility Maintenance and Operations Services (FOMS) III, a reserve 8 (a) acquisition, with Jacobs serving as a strategic contract partner. The contract will support the Operations and Facility Maintenance Division of NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) in Greenbelt, Maryland.
FOMS III is a hybrid contract of tariff plus flat rate / technical performance incentive rate, which also includes an indefinite delivery / indefinite quantity component. The total value of the contract is approximately $ 131.7 million and the execution period is five years as of April 2018.
Services will include a variety of operations and maintenance activities that will ensure reliable utility services and central infrastructure in support of critical NASA operations.
