He removed a huge cyst the size of an avocado from the neck of a dancer, after she went to see Dr. Pimple Popper for help.
Yamileth has been living with the cyst since she was 10 years old and has fought against bullying throughout her life.
The 22-year-old girl, known as Yami for her friends, dreams of working in the music industry and becoming a backup dancer, but the blow to her collarbone has made her too shy and nervous to go to auditions.
Yami said: "Sometimes on stage, people notice the bulge.
"It affects when I interact with people because, instead of looking at my face, they look at the bulge and it's very embarrassing."
"I have dreams of working in the music industry, because music and dance are my passion.
"But if I have this, it will make me feel self-conscious and ashamed."
Yami even admits that she has been intimidated by her appearance.
"It's exhausting trying to hide this bulge.
"I just want to be able to ride my bike without using a scarf or pulling my hair forward.
"When I was in high school, they harassed me, the children attacked me."
With his plans in abeyance, Yami has made a career out of the exotic dance, a temporary search until the bulk is removed.
