Actress Riya Chakraborty has told the Supreme Court that she has been falsely implicated in an FIR registered against the father of late actor Sushant Singh Rajputs in Bihar.

The suicide case of Sushant Singh Rajput took a dramatic turn against his father KK Singh recently and recently filed an FIR in Patna accusing six people including actress Riya Chakraborty of abetting suicide.

The actress, who moved the Supreme Court on Wednesday, told the apex court to shift the investigation to Mumbai, saying she received several deaths and threats of rape and is in deep shock due to Sushant’s defeat, which has escalated. This case has been received continuously due to media glare.

Riya informed the top court that she was in a live-in relationship with Sushant till 8 June. She claimed that Sushant had been suffering from depression for some time and was anti-depressant.

“In the peculiar facts and circumstances of the present case, the petitioner is falsely implicated in the present case,” Reha said in his petition.

“He committed suicide by hanging himself at his Bandra residence on the morning of 14 June. The petitioner was summoned and had visited the Bandra Police Station on various occasions and his statement was recorded under Section 175 of the CrPC.

The petition states that the petitioner has lodged a complaint against death and rape threats at Santacruz police station in Mumbai. It will only be more expedient if the case is transferred from Patna to Mumbai, ”the petition states.

Speaking to IANS earlier, Riya’s lawyer Satish Maneshinde had said that his client has filed a petition in the Supreme Court seeking transfer of the investigation from Patna to Mumbai where the investigation in relation to the actor’s death was first It is in progress.

Sushant and Riya were in a relationship before the actor’s alleged suicide on 14 June. Sushant’s father has made many allegations against Riya, including threatening to take money from his son and disclose his medical report to the media. Sushant’s family has also accused Riya of keeping him away from his family.
